  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment

Returns

Undamaged, unused products are eligible for full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Requirements

  • All original accessories must be included with returned items
  • Products must be returned in complete original packaging
  • For returns not caused by product quality defects, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees
  • For non-quality return requests, Inazano only refunds the cost of the product itself
  • We reserve the right to reject returns if items fail to meet all above conditions
